Summary

TAG Heuer is the biggest account of the agency I had the fortune of working for before coming back to California. It holds 40% of the agency, so it was an honor to be trusted in managing its social media activity and write copies that would resonate with the global community. Like any luxury brand, it needed to keep growing its social media presence to increase not only sales, but also customer engagement.


Strategy

Community Management – staying in touch with followers on all social media channels by answering comments and messages (positive and negative), and generating conversations


Copywriting – writing compelling content based on our assets in order to increase engagement


Results

Copies and images resonated with our followers, which led to an increase of 3.9M followers within 5 months across our social media channels.
